Individual Psychotherapy
Individual psychotherapy sessions are provided via telehealth to clients across the state of Massachusetts and are 55 minutes in length. Sessions provide a supportive, collaborative space to explore what’s going on in your life and work toward meaningful change.
I work with teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, ADHD, self-esteem challenges, relationship concerns, and more. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or frustrated by patterns they can't seem to change. This may include anxiety and trauma-related symptoms, as well as ADHD-related challenges such as executive dysfunction, difficulty starting or completing tasks, chronic overwhelm, emotional dysregulation, or feeling like you're constantly falling behind.
I aim to create a warm, approachable, and practical space where you can feel comfortable speaking openly about whatever is on your mind—nothing is off limits or “too much” to talk about. Together, we focus on building insight and developing tools that support lasting growth.
